Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will support the Human Resources function by managing visa processes, payroll administration, employment documentation, recruitment support and employee queries while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.

Desired Candidate Profile


Visa Management

  • Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE immigration regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee visas, labour cards, Emirates IDs, and passports.

  • Liaise with PROs and relevant authorities for immigration processes.


Payroll & Final Settlement

  • Support monthly payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.

  • Prepare final settlements for exiting employees in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.


Employment Contracts & Documentation

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related letters.

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR documentation.


Employee Queries

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries related to policies, leave, benefits, and HR procedures.

  • Provide HR support to ensure a positive and responsive employee experience.

    Recruitment

    • Support recruitment activities including manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

    • Support onboarding and ensure completion of all joining documentation.
