Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-end employee onboarding and exit documentation • Payroll support and monthly HR data updates • Maintaining HR trackers, employee records, and personnel files • Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation • Supporting day-to-day backend HR operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 1–2 years of prior experience in an HR role (HR operations exposure preferred) • Specialisation in Human Resources is an added advantage • Currently based in the UAE • Keen to build a long-term career in Human Resources • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable • Comfortable working with Excel, Word, and basic documentation • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
