Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation (contracts, visas, medical insurance).

- Manage employee leaves and keep accurate and updated records of each transaction.

- Resolve employee queries and grievances, promoting a positive work environment and conducting investigations when needed.

- Support visa processing, renewals, and labor quota management with PRO coordination.

- Implement HR policies, performance appraisals, and training programs to enhance employee engagement.

- Prepare HR reports, metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount), and support audits.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders (recruitment agencies, government authorities) for efficient HR operations.

- Coordinate employee rotations among different construction sites and their respective accommodations.

- Manage the purchase, distribution and safe keeping processes of PPE equipment while maintaining updated and accurate records.

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer issuance for MEP and construction roles.

- Any other duties assigned by line manager.


Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in construction/MEP sector in the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE portals, and visa processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS systems).

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

- Strong organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
