Job Details :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE construction industry or manpower supply sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and construction labor regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
