Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable legal regulations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employment documentation.
Handle visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID, and coordination with government authorities.
Oversee employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and legal compliance matters.
Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and end-of-service calculations in accordance with UAE law.
Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and confidential documentation.
Develop HR policies and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and provide strategic advice to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum at least 2 years of HR experience within a law firm, legal consultancy, or government legal entity in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential legal documentation.
Familiarity with government portals and legal administrative procedures.
