Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a positive work environment. You'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
-Develop and implement HR policies and programs
-Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
-Coordinate training and development initiatives
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
-Support employee engagement and retention efforts
Desired Candidate Profile
-3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
-Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
