Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals and company values.
* Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from attracting candidates to onboarding new hires.
* Employee Relations: Handle employee issues, manage conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
* Performance Management: Administer performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
* Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive and fair compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
* Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills.
* Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local, state, and federal labor UAE laws.
*Budgeting – Plan and monitor HR expenses (hiring, training, benefits) in alignment with business goals.
* HRIS Management: Utilize the company's HRIS to manage data and inform decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for females with minimum 2 years HR experience in the UAE with knowledge of local labor laws.
- Experience in startup HR functions – recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and policies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage HR budgeting.
- proficient with HR tools and payroll systems.
