Roles & Responsibilities
HR Department Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies.
Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
Issue offer letters and employment contracts.
Handle visa and onboarding processes.
Set up employee files and orientation.

Employee Relations

Maintain positive work culture and communication.
Manage grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
Ensure workplace policies are fair and compliant with UAE Labour Law.

HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain employee files, visa copies, passports, and contracts.
Track attendance, leave, and overtime.
Manage renewals (visas, insurance, contracts).
Prepare HR letters (salary certificate, NOC, etc.).

Payroll & Compensation
Process monthly salaries via WPS (Wage Protection System).
Calculate allowances, bonuses, deductions, and overtime.
Maintain payroll records and ensure timely payment.
Handle end-of-service benefits (gratuity) and final settlements.

Compliance & Labour Law
Ensure company follows UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations.
Manage employee terminations legally (notice period, visa cancellation, EOS).
Handle inspections or audits from authorities (MOHRE, free zone, DHA, etc.).
Implement policies on health, safety, and conduct.
F. Training & Development (optional but ideal)
Identify skill gaps and arrange employee training.
Support professional development and career growth.

Education: Bachelor s degree (HR/Business)
Experience : 2 10 years depending on role
Authority: MOHRE (mainland) or Free Zone Authority

Responsibilities : Recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, documentation
Systems Used : WPS, MOHRE / Free Zone portals, Emirates ID, DHA insurance systems
With Dubai Driving License
