Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Offboarding Specialist to manage the full offboarding lifecycle for departing employees while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front reception area.

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding process for all employee types (resignations, retirements, terminations, contract completions).
  • Coordinate with IT, Payroll, Facilities, and other departments to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Schedule and conduct exit interviews, document feedback, and report insights to HR leadership.
  • Ensure timely collection of company property (ID badges, laptops, access cards, etc.).
  • Prepare and issue final settlement documentation, experience letters, and other required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate offboarding records in HRIS and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Monitor trends and recommend improvements to the offboarding process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees at the reception desk.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
