Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee time and attendance records accurately

  • Manage the overtime of employees

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel

  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist in payroll inputs related to attendance and leave

  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience minimum 5 + Years of experience

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)

  • Experience in time and attendance systems

  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills

  • Good presentation skills (PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Candidate who has experience in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
