Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee time and attendance records accurately
Manage the overtime of employees
Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll inputs related to attendance and leave
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience minimum 5 + Years of experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
Experience in time and attendance systems
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Good presentation skills (PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Candidate who has experience in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
