What You ll DoCoordinate recruitment & onboarding of employees.Maintain employee records, contracts & HR documentation.Liaise with PRO for visa, Emirates ID, renewals & cancellations.Track leave balances & absences in line with UAE labor law.Support payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, WPS salary processing).Assist in performance appraisals & training coordination.Handle employee queries, grievances & escalate serious issues.Manage staff logistics (accommodation, transportation, etc.).Ensure compliance with UAE labor law & DIFM HR policies.Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, visa expiry, etc.).Maintain confidentiality of employee data & company records.???? What We re Looking ForBachelor s/Master s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.2 4 years UAE HR experience (facility management preferred).Knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS & immigration processes.Proficient in MS Office; HRMS experience is a plus.Strong English communication (Hindi/Tamil an advantage).Ability to manage blue-collar workforce documentation & compliance.????
