Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and Post job openings on job portals, company career page, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and Schedule interviews with candidates and relevant hiring managers.
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including social media.
Maintain and update the accurate records, reports and streamline the hiring process.
Assist in evaluating candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers, Prepare and manage job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in HR principles.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, showcasing a proven track record in filling roles efficiently.
Experience in a specific industry, such as technology, healthcare, or finance, to understand the nuances of sector-specific hiring.
