Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further interview stages
Support onboarding processes, documentation, and joining formalities

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven UAE recruitment experience (as per role level)
Experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring
Knowledge of Odoo HR / Recruitment modules (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be currently based in the UAE
Immediate joiners preferred
Female candidates preferred for team balance
