Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and conduct engaging initial interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Actively source candidates using social media, job portals, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in salary negotiations
  • Assist in onboarding and ensure a great first experience for new hires

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a consultancy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring targets

Preferred:

  • 2-5 years of experience of recruiting in printing industry or in any manufacturing industry either in UAE or Home country.
