Job Title: HR Recruitment & Administrative Coordinator
Role Overview
The HR Recruitment & Administrative Coordinator will support the Human Resources department by managing end-to-end recruitment activities and providing essential HR administrative support. This role ensures efficient hiring processes, accurate documentation, smooth onboarding, and effective coordination across HR functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules with departments and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks.
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirement updates.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth employee integration.
- Assist with induction programs and orientation sessions.
- Manage exit clearance procedures and documentation.
3. HR Administration
- Update and maintain employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
- Handle routine HR queries and provide timely support to employees.
- Coordinate with PRO/Administration for visa, medical, and onboarding processes (if applicable).
4. Payroll & Attendance Support
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
- Coordinate with payroll for monthly data submission and updates.
- Ensure accurate documentation for salary changes, allowances, and deductions.
5. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.
