This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.

About the Role
We re looking for a senior and strategic HR Business Partner to join our Internal HR team. This role goes beyond execution, you ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, owning key people initiatives while ensuring our internal HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.
As an HRBP, you ll balance strategic people advisory with hands-on HR operations, supporting the full internal talent lifecycle: from onboarding and engagement to performance, compensation, and policy implementation. You ll work closely with managers and leadership to drive performance, retention, and a strong Talent experience across our global team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership

Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leadership on people-related topics (performance, engagement, retention, career development).

Support managers with Talent relations cases, feedback conversations, and performance management processes.

Translate business needs into HR initiatives, policies, and scalable people practices.
Talent Lifecycle and Engagement

Own and continuously improve internal onboarding processes and Talent experience touchpoints.

Lead talent engagement initiatives, pulse checks, and follow-ups, turning feedback into action.

Support career path discussions, development plans, and internal growth initiatives.
Payroll, Compensation and Administration
-
Oversee the internal payroll process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and on-time payments.

Maintain records of compensation adjustments, promotions, and performance-based increases.

Partner with leadership on compensation-related data and insights.
PTO, Benefits and Internal Programs

Manage and optimize systems for PTO, expenses, stipends, and internal benefits.

Ensure approvals, documentation, and trackers are accurate and audit-ready.

Act as a point of reference for internal talents regarding policies and HR processes.
Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure compliance with local and international labor considerations for internal talent.

Own the implementation, communication, and enforcement of HR policies.

Continuously improve documentation, SOPs, and internal HR frameworks.
Reporting & HR Insights
-
Own HR data integrity across systems (onboarding, payroll, PTO, performance).

Prepare reports and insights on key people metrics for leadership decision-making.

Identify trends and proactively propose improvements to HR processes and employee experience.
About You
-
Native-level English (spoken and written).
-
5+ years of experience in HR, ideally as an HRBP, HR Generalist (senior), or People Partner.

Proven experience partnering with leaders and managing employee relations.

Strong operational background in payroll, HR administration, and compliance.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end.

Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, trackers, validations, reporting).

Proactive, business-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Able to balance empathy with structure and policy enforcement.
