Key Responsibilities

  • Regional C&B Management
  • Review monthly payroll for local employees across Central Asia, Middle East & North Africa (MENA)
  • Source, onboard and manage payroll vendors to ensure compliance & operational excellence Payroll Vendor
  • Implement localized benefits programs aligned with regional strategy and HQ guidelines HR
  • Harmonize regional compensation frameworks under global standards
  • Regional HR Operations HR
  • Develop HR dashboards and analytics for workforce planning & cost optimization
  • Oversee regional HR payments, annual budgeting and expenditure tracking HR
  • Provide frontline HR support to Chinese expatriates on policy inquiries
  • On-site HRBP for UAE HRBP
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, visa processing, payroll, ER)
  • Execute employee lifecycle processes with compliance focus

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification

  • Bachelor s degree or above (HR/Finance preferred)
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in multinational payroll management (Multi-country exposure is a plus) 3
  • Native Mandarin & Business English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent required for daily operation) 6.5
  • Willing to relocate to Dubai and travel across Central Asia/MENA
  • Advanced Excel skills & HRIS literacy (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) Excel HRIS SAP SuccessFactors
  • Resilience in multicultural environments with strong compliance mindset
