Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations and personnel activities
  • Manage employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Oversee recruitment & onboarding processes to ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Coordinate and support performance management cycle (goal setting, appraisals, evaluations)
  • Support training & development activities, including coordination and follow-up
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
  • Oversee attendance, leaves, and shift management using attendance systems (ZK or similar)
  • Review and validate payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance
  • Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards using Excel
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal HR reviews

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in HR roles, with supervisory exposure
  • Strong experience in personnel, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, attendance systems, and payroll processes
  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a mixed-industry environment with 300+ employees
