Hygiene Officer - Catering Suja's Kitchen

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hygiene Officer to ensure our catering operations meet the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate must have experience in UAE catering/food production environments and strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, HACCP guidelines, and ISO 22000 standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily hygiene inspections across kitchen, production, and storage areas. Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and UAE Food Safety Regulations across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Lead and document Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) Investigate and document any food safety incidents or non-conformities. Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and maintain overall quality assurance. Perform supplier audits (minimum 2 audits per month). Maintain hygiene records: temperature logs, cleaning schedules, pest control reports, and food safety documentation. Train food handlers on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures. Support internal and external audits (Municipality, HACCP, ISO). Monitor personal hygiene and medical fitness compliance of all staff Qualifications
