Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Indoor Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, manage existing clients, and support overall sales growth for our company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging or printing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads)
Generate new leads through cold calling and online research
Contact cafes, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels & retail businesses
Prepare quotations and follow up for approvals
Coordinate with production team for order processing
Maintain customer database and daily sales report
Achieve monthly sales targets
Upsell eco-friendly and customized packaging solutions
Follow up on pending payments (if required)
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales (Packaging / Printing / HORECA preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Confident in cold calling and lead generation
Ability to handle price negotiations professionally
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Well-organized and disciplined in daily reporting
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, quotations & email communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
Positive attitude and team player
UAE market knowledge is an advantage
