Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administration and supervision
- Supervises and administers network, systems and security infrastructures.
 - Ensure the daily management of network, security and IP telephony equipment.
 - Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT infrastructures.
 - Analyze, diagnose and resolve complex level 2 incidents.
 - Escalate and coordinate interventions with specialized teams and external providers.
 
Support and assistance
- Provide technical support to users on all workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, videoconferencing, etc.).
 - Intervene locally or remotely (helpdesk) as needed.
 - Welcome, listen and support users encountering malfunctions.
 - Ensure rigorous monitoring of incidents via the Freshservice ticketing tool.
 - Escalate incidents outside your scope of action.
 
Management and documentation
- Deploy and configure workstations and peripherals.
 - Manage Active Directory (creation, modification and deletion of accounts).
 - Ensure application support and management of Microsoft 365 (O365).
 - Write and update operating and monitoring procedures.
 - Write and present technical and incident reports in French and English.
 
Steering and coordination
- Ensure the monitoring and coordination of external providers: calls for tenders, choices, technical monitoring and contractual management.
 - Ensure regular reporting to local IT management and the group.
 - Actively participate in IT projects (deployments, migrations, infrastructure developments).
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile sought
- Training Bac +3 Bac +5 in IT, systems and networks.
 - Confirmed experience in a similar position (at least 3 years).
 - Proficiency in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, O365, VPN, network security, firewalls, IP telephony.
 - Good level of communication in French and English (written and oral).
 - Sense of service, rigor, autonomy and team spirit
