Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and follow an effective daily route cycle for customer visits.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customers, areas, and competitors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers when required.
- Acquire new accounts to achieve coverage and distribution targets.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure customer service level targets are met.
- Contribute to planning and execution of monthly sales activities.
- Achieve monthly targets in value, coverage, customer engagement, and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
Core Skills
- Strong business acumen with solid understanding of the HORECA sector.
- Results-driven mindset with ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license (if role requires field visits).

Desired Candidate Profile
Abu Dhabi:
- Arabic Speaker for Abu Dhabi is Highly preferable.
- Flexible if they don’t have Poultry experience, as long as they have Foodservice experience, and know the Decision Makers and contacts
- Preferably experience with Royal Palaces & Army.
Dubai:
- Arabic not Mandatory.
- Flexible if they don’t have Poultry experience, as long as they have Foodservice experience, and know the Decision Makers and contacts
Hotels:
- Highly Preferable to be a lady.
