Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Account Manager will be responsible for selling business telecom services to corporate customers across all regions in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales skills, with a proven track record in telecom sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the corporate sector. 

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate telecom solutions. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their business requirements. 

  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our telecom services and products. 

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. 

 

Criteria for Selection: 

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years specifically in telecom sales or related industries. 

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts. 

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. 

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom products, services, and solutions, including VoIP, data services, and cloud communication. 

  • Regional Knowledge: Understanding of the UAE market and business landscape, with the ability to navigate and sell to customers across various regions.
