Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes (e.g., Bulgogi, Kimchi dishes, Kimbap, Bibimbap, Tteokbokki, etc.) Create and balance signature Korean sauces (spicy, sweet, soy-based, kimchi, gochujang, ssamjang, etc.) Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards Support menu development with creative ideas
