Job Description: Lift Installation Engineer

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Lift Installation Engineer for our client in Dubai. The role involves supervising and executing lift installation works while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Time: 08:00 AM onwards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lift and escalator installation activities on-site

• Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and site management

• Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements

• Execute installation plans covering mechanical and electrical works

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and EN 81 standards

• Troubleshoot hydraulic, traction, and MRL lift systems

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to meet project timelines

• Perform testing, commissioning, and quality inspections

• Maintain installation records, reports, drawings, and safety documentation

• Train and guide junior technicians

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lift or elevator installation

• Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and controls

• Experience with reputed elevator brands is an advantage

• Relevant certifications are preferred

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

• Physically fit for site work and working at heights

• Valid UAE driving license

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: AED 9,000 – AED 13,000
