Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with company objectives, driving mutual growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies, including identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships.
- Manage and optimize partner performance by establishing clear KPIs, tracking progress, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure partnership success and alignment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management or a related role, showcasing a proven track record.
- Experience in the technology sector is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the industry landscape.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships.
