Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance of Mespack Doypack machines and Butler unwinder.
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic activities.
- Train operators and junior technicians.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and optimize machine performance.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory equipment.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and calibrate instruments.
- Maintain packaging machines (Linear Meshpack/Doypack).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, QMS, HACCP, OSHA, and safety standards.
- Support cost reduction, continuous improvement, and timely changeovers.
- Coordinate with Engineers and Supervisors for smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Male, Age 25–35.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or ITI/Vocational (Electrical/Automation).
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG production with packaging machines.
- 60% Electrical and 40% Mechanical background preferred.
- Knowledge of automation machinery, sensors, SCADA, conveyors, pumps, bearings, sprockets.
- Strong occupational safety awareness.
- Flexible, organized, action-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- 5–10+ years of maintenance experience (Mespack preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and RCA skills.
- FMCG / Food industry background is an advantage.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver under pressure.
