Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Register new blue-collar employees in the attendance system and maintain accurate employee records.

Extract daily/weekly/monthly timesheets from the attendance system.

Verify and validate timesheets, including working hours, overtime, and leave, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for any discrepancies in attendance or payroll data.

Maintain accurate records of workforce deployment, attendance, and overtime.

Support payroll and HR teams by providing validated data in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in workforce management.
