• Proven expertise in organisational design in both an in house and management consultancy capacity
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OD and wider functional implications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant educational qualifications in human resources or a related field.
