Roles & Responsibilities

The Office Assistant supports daily office operations by maintaining a clean and organized work environment, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with front-desk activities. This role ensures smooth communication, efficient workflow, and proper coordination with staff, suppliers, and visitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and document distribution.
  • Answer and direct calls; welcome and coordinate with visitors and suppliers.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and office supply logistics.
  • Support daily office needs and run errands when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, Knowledge in handling office printers
  • Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
