Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and tea, ensuring they meet the preferences of staff and visitors at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including kitchen, meeting rooms, and office supplies, to create a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents, ensuring all materials are clear and professionally prepared for meetings.
  • Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring prompt delivery to the appropriate personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus for career growth.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or fast-paced environment, to ensure familiarity with office dynamics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for diverse workplaces.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to assist with administrative tasks efficiently.
