Additionally, EMCD Coinhold has been named by crypto.news as the best crypto savings account of 2024.Role DescriptionAnalyze and design the company's organizational structureOptimize the distribution of functions, roles, and responsibilities Collaborate with top management and executives to align changesDevelop proposals for departmental restructuring and new management modelsOversee implementation of changes and evaluate effectivenessPrepare and present proactive recommendations on organizational designResearch competitors and industry practices from an organizational design perspectiveRequirementsExperience in HRD, organizational development, or change managementBackground in consulting (Big4 experience is a strong plus) Proven experience working with founders and C-level executives Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies Strong systems thinking, strategic planning, and risk assessment skillsAbility to operate in conditions of uncertainty and incomplete informationWillingness to combine strategic work with hands-on operational tasks Excellent analytical and communication skillsFlexible mindset with the ability to defend your position and reach agreementsWhat we offer:
