Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring seamless communication and support.

  • Build strong relationships with partners by understanding their goals, challenges, and business models.

Onboarding & Enablement

  • Support the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring a smooth transition into our platform and services.

  • Provide training and resources to partners to maximize the use of our fintech products.

Performance & Growth

  • Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations, compliance) to ensure partner success and resolve issues quickly.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, engagement, and revenue contributions.

  • Track key metrics (adoption, transaction volume, satisfaction scores, etc.) and highlight risks or opportunities.

  • Present insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate partner records, dashboards, and reporting documentation.

Problem-Solving & Support

  • Respond to partner inquiries and troubleshoot challenges related to processes, integrations, or product usage.

  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining partner satisfaction.

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Collect partner feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products, processes, and partner experience.

  • Support the development of partner playbooks, FAQs, and best practices to enhance scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a any related field.

  • 1 3 years of experience in partnerships , partner success, account management, customer success, or business development

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with financial products, digital payments, or fintech solutions.
