Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master advanced cake decorating techniques, including sculpting, airbrushing, and sugar artistry, to produce stunning designs.
  • Develop and execute innovative pastry and cake menus, aligning with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage and maintain inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Supervise and train pastry staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring consistent quality.
