Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support an executive in managing both professional and personal affairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for calendar coordination, communication management, travel planning, and daily administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth execution of all activities. This role is based in our Dubai office. Responsibilities: * ️ Manage and organize complex calendars, meetings, and appointments. * ️ Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. * Handle confidential correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism. * ️ Handle personal errands and assist with household or lifestyle management as needed. * Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. * Anticipate the executive’s needs and ensure efficient prioritization of daily tasks. * Support ad-hoc projects and provide administrative assistance where necessary. * Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
