Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Chairman's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and disseminate confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and discretion.
  • Conduct thorough research, compile information, and summarize data to support the Chairman's decision-making processes.
  • Act as a primary liaison, screening calls, managing emails, and representing the Chairman professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in building construction industry as a personal assistant role, ideally supporting a high-profile executive.

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
