Job Description:

We are actively seeking a strategic and analytical Portfolio Manager to join our esteemed real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the real estate market, exceptional analytical skills, and a drive for success. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our real estate portfolio, ensuring maximum returns on investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for managing and optimizing the real estate portfolio to maximize returns.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess market trends.
• Evaluate and recommend potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Oversee the performance of existing assets, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and rental yields.
• Collaborate with property management teams to enhance asset value and operational efficiency.
• Maintain precise records of portfolio performance, investment strategies, and financial metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
• Stay abreast of current real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting the portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Preferably, previous experience in real estate portfolio management, investment analysis, or asset management.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in using portfolio management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing performance objectives.
• Bachelor s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is mandatory; additional certifications or coursework in portfolio management are advantageous.
