Roles & Responsibilities


We are looking for a reliable and organized PRO cum HR Assistant to join our team and support both PRO (Public Relations Officer) and HR activities. This role involves managing documentation, assisting with HR coordination, and providing accurate administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control official documents, permits and company paperwork with strict accuracy.
Provide day-to-day HR support including coordination of onboarding, record-keeping and basic HR administration.
Prepare, maintain and analyze spreadsheets strong MS Excel capability is essential.
Liaise with internal teams and external authorities as required for PRO-related tasks.
Handle confidential information with care and maintain accurate filing systems.

Key Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License.
Immediate availability preferred (candidates on visit visa or transferable visa are desirable).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and professionalism when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage confidential documents reliably.
