Job Description
: Monitor products and processes in the production phase and manage the processing of issues with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Coach the team on problem solving.
Actively participate in audits.
Ensure the proper application of the non-conformity processing process within the organization.
Propose and manage improvement projects.
Decline operational objectives to the team.
Guarantee the escalation of any event that poses a potential risk to the customer.
Carry out skills development actions for the team.
Measure the quality of the products and services provided against the defined objectives.
Ensure the management and follow-up of customer audits and instances.
