Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
Maintain up-to-date procedures and operating methods.
Update FMEA analyses of equipment.
Develop the maintenance plan within the framework of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Ensure the installation of new equipment.
Maintain up-to-date technical files.
Perform and monitor preventive maintenance of equipment (tools and jigs) in compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure increased monitoring and identify vulnerabilities within the scope of responsibility and propose protective solutions.
Carry out the necessary diagnostics in case of malfunctions, identify root causes, and ensure and implement relevant solutions.
Verify proper operation after intervention.
Capitalize on feedback and propose new solutions to improve production (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadlines).
Develop or contribute to the drafting of investment/renovation specifications for equipment and participate in the technical acceptance of new or modified equipment within the assigned scope of responsibility.
Participate in decision-making related to equipment selection.
