Project Secretary

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to the project management team on-site.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related documentation.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a Construction, Contracting, Interior Fit-out or Engineering environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Flexibility to work on-site at various project locations as needed.
