Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To deliver on our noble mission to Keep the Open Web Open, we are seeking a talented Publisher Growth Senior Manager with the scope to develop new and existing strategic partnerships with top websites across the MENA region. In this role, you will spearhead the expansion of our territory through business development, relationship management, and the application of analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert on topics related to online advertising technology, monetization, and maximization of user value.
- Own and drive sales targets, maximizing total market share and reaching revenue / gross profit goals across countries.
- Act as a trusted advisor to publisher partners, effectively manage relationships with existing and prospective clients, and establish processes to materialize a long-term roadmap of success.
- Analyze publisher performance data, provide strategic recommendations, identify/ convert opportunities, and prepare regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team, as well as with Implementation and Account Management, to ensure operational excellence.
- Organize market roadshows, participate in industry events, and contribute to press publications and case studies.
- Collect market intelligence and provide a feedback loop for our product roadmap.
- Leverage our CRM to update sales activity and pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Brings 3 6 years of experience in publisher development, business development, or account management within digital advertising/ad tech.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Showcases a proven track record of hitting growth or revenue targets.
- Applies the ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Leverages experience with ad monetization tools, programmatic platforms, or affiliate networks.
- Exhibits excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
