Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description :
Minimum 6 years of experience required in hospitality and Catering operation, in similar position
Should be a Graduate holding at least a HACCP.
HABC level certification.
Qualified in implementation of EMS, OSHAD , QMS and QHSE practices
Should have excellent analytical and MS Office skills
Food safety knowledge is must
Fluency in written and verbal English language
Should be confident and possess a strong personality
Ability to resolve issues and handle pressure with a positive outlook
Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures/span>
