Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage property listings, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date across various platforms.

  • Support the Land and Development departments with administrative tasks and project coordination

  • Handle client inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

  • Schedule property viewings and open houses, managing calendars efficiently to maximize time and resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Real estate certification or license is a plus, showcasing commitment and expertise in the field.

  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all transactions.

  • Has experience in land department or permit code.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
