Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage property listings, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date across various platforms.
Support the Land and Development departments with administrative tasks and project coordination
Handle client inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Schedule property viewings and open houses, managing calendars efficiently to maximize time and resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Real estate certification or license is a plus, showcasing commitment and expertise in the field.
Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all transactions.
Has experience in land department or permit code.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
