URGENT HIRING: HR Assistant / Sales Recruiter (with Telesales Experience)


Dubai Office – In-Office Role Only

We are urgently looking for a proactive Recruiter with telesales experience with to join our HR department. This role requires a confident communicator who can source, screen, and schedule top-performing real estate brokers while maintaining high organisational standards.


You are a good fit for this job If you can:

  1. Source and outreach top real estate brokers through multiple recruitment platforms.
  2. Schedule and coordinate interviews for the Senior HR Manager.
  3. Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
  4. Track, update, and report weekly and monthly recruitment performance.
  5. Work independently, staying organised and proactive, with consistent daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the HR Manager.
  6. Recruit 15-20 people monthly to Core

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong English communication skills (majority of calls conducted in English)

  • Previous experience in HR, telesales, or recruitment is preferred

  • Immediate availability — only candidates who can join right away will be considered
  • UAE experience is mandatory (applications without UAE experience will not be reviewed)
