Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
  • Create and manage visitor and gate passes through the JAFZA portal.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and security for visitor access and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with company entry procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support as required to support office operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive in the UAE.

JAFZA experience is highly preferred.

Hands on experience with gate pass issuance (visitors, vendors, drivers) via JAFZA systems.

Strong communication skills in English; Tagalog speaker only.

Well presented with a professional and friendly attitude.

Immediate joiners preferred.
