Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (UAE Market)

Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and serve our clients in the UAE. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles, while building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. This is a key position for someone with in-depth knowledge of the UAE job market, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the UAE, understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
Talent Sourcing: Identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates for open positions using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, etc.).
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills testing, to ensure an intense match with the client’s requirements.
Candidate Shortlisting: Provide clients with a shortlist of qualified candidates and advise on interview scheduling and candidate feedback.
Market Expertise: Stay up to date on the latest trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions in the UAE to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the UAE market, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage negotiations between clients and candidates on salary and contract terms, ensuring successful placement.
Client Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process, including market trends and candidate pipelines.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and recruitment best practices, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-8 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across a range of industries in the UAE market.
Knowledge of the UAE Market: Strong understanding of the UAE labour market, including key industries, salary trends, and recruitment challenges.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple vacancies simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
