Job Description

At Gateway, we are seeking a highly motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in the UAE. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement, delivering comprehensive staffing solutions across various industries. This is a client-facing, target-driven role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for professionals passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and providing exceptional service to our clients.


You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and closing placements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike will be key to your success. You will also leverage proprietary AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing strategies and improve placement efficiency. Your proactive approach and industry knowledge will help position Gateway as a trusted partner in recruitment solutions.


This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, results-oriented environment. You will work closely with the company founders to develop business development initiatives to grow and manage a book of your own clients.


What We re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360 recruitment capacity.
  • 2+ years of experience in client acquisition or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English are a must.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and ATS systems (e.g., Zoho, Bullhorn, Salesforce or any others).
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

What You ll Do:
  • You will identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to expand your portfolio of clients.
  • You will source, screen, and interview candidates to match client needs accurately.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing expert advice and market insights.
  • You will manage the entire recruitment process, from job briefings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and achieve recruitment targets.
  • You will utilize AI tools to optimize sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.
