Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company recruitment policies.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other employer branding initiatives.
  • Support onboarding process and ensure smooth transition of new hires.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer / Talent Acquisition Specialist (preferably in healthcare, homecare).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, UAE labor law, and DOH/MOH/HAAD regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
