Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sources, screens and shortlists candidates and forwards to the HR Head & hiring manager for their endorsement.
- Schedules the interviews of competent, short-listed candidates and coordinates with the interview panel. Provides guidance to the candidates accordingly.
- Ensures the necessary approvals are obtained from IM stakeholders (including CEO) and prepares the offer letter for the selected candidate.
- Ensures that the required documents are received on time from the candidate. Liaises with Immigration department for the visa process of selected candidates and their timely joining.
- Conducts new joiners’ induction and onboarding sessions. Ensures IT requirements and office desk space are arranged from the start date. Prepares and hands over appointment letters.
- Maintains an updated recruitment status dashboard. Provides recruitment and weekly mobilization status reports to HR Head .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in construction field
- Solid experience in hiring white and blue collar
- Excellency in English language is highly preferred
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software i.
- Experience in Oracle hiring is an advantage .
